At Haus of Man (hausofman.in), we strive to ensure your skincare products reach you safely and promptly. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Partners & Coverage

  • We ship across India.

  • All orders are processed and shipped through third-party logistics partners (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, or similar).

  • Important Note: Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, we (Haus of Man) do not have direct control or visibility over the real-time actions of the delivery agent. We rely entirely on the third-party's tracking systems.

2. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over ₹500 (as displayed on our website).

  • Orders below ₹500: A nominal shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Shipping Time: Typically 4-7 business days from the date of dispatch (may vary based on your location, weather, or courier delays).

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link and number.

  • Note on Tracking: Because we use third-party couriers, the tracking status may occasionally update slowly. If your tracking ID shows no movement for more than 4 days, please contact our support team, and we will open an inquiry with the courier partner on your behalf.

5. Damaged Product Policy (Important)

We take great care in packaging. However, since delivery is handled by an external third-party, we do not have any direct string or connection over the delivery process itself. Therefore:

  • If your product arrives damaged: We will replace it free of cost.

  • How to claim: Please contact our Support Team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • What to provide: A clear photo or video of the damaged product and the outer packaging (showing the damage).

Once our support team reviews and confirms the damage, we will initiate a replacement immediately. We do not rely on the courier’s internal report for damage claims — we trust our customers’ communication with our support team.

6. Undelivered / Lost in Transit (Third-Party Liability)

  • If a package is marked "Delivered" by the courier but you have not received it, you must report it to our support team within 3 days. We will then file a service request with the third-party courier.

  • We do not automatically refund or replace for "lost" packages unless the courier partner officially admits loss after an investigation (which can take 7-10 business days). We advise checking with neighbors or your building security first.

7. Incorrect Address

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered by you at checkout.

  • If you realize you made an error, contact our support team immediately. Address changes can only be made before the order is handed to the third-party courier.
